I needed my furnace tuned up for the winter, so I called Valley Services. Their technician was both trustworthy and efficient. He quickly tuned up the furnace and also gave me valuable information about it that will protect my family. I was very pleased with his work. I am also very cautious about anyone coming into my home that I do not know. Because of the communication I had with Valley Services before and after the work was done, I felt confident about who was coming into my home. I wish all companies delivered on their customer service as well as Valley Services does!

We recently had our furnace checked for the winter season and the schedule was triggered early because of the Valley Services helping with a Food Shelf Donation Special Coupon. This is a good cause and it made sense to plan for a furnace tune-up early. The visit was well worth it --- many times over! The tech found that our furnance blower-motor was overheating and drawing more amps than it should. We had a choice to either replace the part and benefit the lower cost or wait until it goes out; probably at the most expected time; in the middle of freezing winter; and possibly on a night or weekend. As anyone knows, weekend emergency service can be costly. Aaron (the tech) and I agreed it would be better to replace it as long as he was at our house. I liked that Aaron provided options and informed us about the variation in costs. I also applied my "$20 off" on this service call to my bill!

 It was an easy decision! We have used Valley Services for both our residence and office building for over the past 10 years; and always found them to be timely and well qualified. Its a real comfort to know you can rely on a supplier that is knowlegable and competitive......and in our community.
